This 29,5 km long route takes you through the village of Mirca along the “Olive trek” up to Dračevica – a hitherto undiscovered pearl of island architecture. Once you’ve enjoyed the local wines, continue your route via Nerežišća up to Škrip – the oldest settlement on the island. Saint Jelena is its patron saint and make sure to visit the museum of the island of Brač, as well as the Museum of Oil. The route takes you further towards the sea into the village of Splitska – an ancient port which delivered the stone used to build the palace of Diocletian in Split (a UNESCO heritage site). We suggest you take a break here, take in the smell of pines and the sea, and enjoy some local fish dishes and wine in one of the several restaurants. To get back to Supetar – just follow the bike road signs.
